Peruvian crest

Peruvian Cultural Display

Visit the Peruvian Embassy in the Harvest Hall! They'll have delicious food for you to try, handcrafted items to see and buy and plenty of friendly people who will be only too happy to tell you about their beautiful country.

If you visit between 12:00 - 2:00pm, they will be offering free samples of ceviche and pisco sour! They're also running a raffle.

Multicultural Food Precinct

Try some tasty new food in the new Multicultural Food Precinct! We're working with Canberra's own Multicultural Food Festival to provide you with exotic new dining options in the revitalised Bicentennial Gardens area. Stay tuned to see who's setting up shop!

Canberra Weekly Community Stage

Share what makes you special on the Canberra Weekly Community Stage! It's the perfect place for school groups, dance troupes, singers, magicians and more. You'll find the Community Stage in Bicentennial Gardens.

Animal Walk

Explore the ActewAGL Royal Canberra Show and make some new animal friends on our Animal Walk! Find your map in the official Show Guide produced by the Canberra Weekly on the 15th of February. 

New Entertainment

There's plenty of new entertainment and returning favourites on the Main Arena! Keep an eye out for the entertainment timetable.

Tech Hub

Interested in gaming, robotics, 3D printing and more? Stop by the brand new Tech Hub in the Budawang Pavilion, running for the first time in collaboration with Big Boys Toys!

Canberra Royal's Strongest Man

The Canberra Strongman Association is returning in 2018! Come along and see who the Canberra Royal's Strongest Man and Woman are. You'll find them in Flemington Park, near the Leisure and Lifestyle Pavilion, and on the Main Arena for some secret feats of strength. Want to know what they're doing? You'll have to wait and see!

Mounted Games

We're very excited to welcome back the NSW Branch of the Australian Mounted Games Association to the 2018 Royal Canberra Show! These talented riders and their ponies are sure to thrill the audience with their agility and speed as they demonstrate some of their most exciting games at high speed over a 100m track on the Main Arena. And if you're interested in learning how they do it, come and see them in Arena 2 where they'll break it down for you!
