Get Involved FAQ

What do volunteers actually do?

Roles include ticket booths, information booths, event runners, kids’ games and activities, shuttle bus drivers, member dining room, and the Farmyard Nursery. Most roles are people-facing and no experience is needed — we’ll brief you before your shift.

If you would like to volunteer and require assistance, please call the office to speak to a staff member who can provide guidance on volunteer roles, on 6241 2478.

Create a profile on Better Impact, our volunteer platform, and register your interest. If you haven’t heard back within three days, email us at [email protected]

Email [email protected] or call our Commercial Sales Manager on 02 6241 5888. Sites book out well ahead of the Show, so the earlier you get in touch the better your options.

Exhibitors cannot park on the grounds without the correct sticker and only authorised vehicles can park in the areas allocated. Unauthorised vehicles will be asked to move or referred to security. Exhibitor parking arrangements are set out in the Exhibitor Vehicle Policy.

We also do not allow any vehicles to move throughout the showground during show opening times on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is to ensure the general public are kept safe.

Email our media contact with your outlet, the dates you’d like to attend and what you’re covering. Passes are issued ahead of the Show, not at the gate.
